Noise Orchestra does not collect, sell, track, or share personal data. The app is designed to work locally on your device.

Overview

Noise Orchestra is a music-making app that lets you create beats from sound pads, short microphone recordings, and images you choose. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information on your device.

Data Collection

Noise Orchestra does not collect personal data from you. The app does not require an account, does not use advertising trackers, and does not send your beats, recordings, images, or usage activity to a server controlled by Noise Orchestra.

Microphone Access

If you choose to record a tiny sound, Noise Orchestra asks for microphone access. The microphone is used only to capture the sound you intentionally record so the app can turn it into a playable beat element. Microphone recordings are processed locally on your device.

Photo Library and Camera Access

If you choose an image or take a photo, Noise Orchestra uses that image to seed a beat from visual qualities such as color and contrast. Images are processed locally on your device. Noise Orchestra does not upload your images to a server.

Saved Beats and Local Storage

Noise Orchestra may save beats, loops, songs, and related app settings locally on your device so you can return to them later. This local data stays on your device unless you choose to share or export something yourself.

Sharing and Exporting

If you choose to record or share a loop, your device may show the iOS share sheet. You decide where the exported audio goes. Noise Orchestra does not automatically share your creations with anyone.

Third-Party Services

Noise Orchestra does not currently include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Noise Orchestra does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, no personal information from children is knowingly stored or transmitted by Noise Orchestra.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app changes. If future versions add accounts, cloud sync, analytics, subscriptions, or other features that affect privacy, this policy will be updated to explain those changes.
