Visual stages, comparisons and decisions from the original run. Internal prompts, operating documents and downloadable implementation files are omitted. Some interactive comparisons are shown as separate images.
htmlControl, recovery and branching
The MyPaint adapter now runs independently of the VTL painter. Full brush definitions, per-point inputs, and engine hashes are recorded. Recovery reconstructs the command history; it does not restore a wet-media snapshot.
Three controlled gestures

Top: fixed elliptical orientation. Middle: rotating orientation. Bottom: pressure ramp. These are programmed gestures, not a new painting.
Recovered and continued

First two strokes saved; final stroke added by replay recovery. Pixel-identical to uninterrupted rendering.
Erased branch

A new branch lifts through the marks. The ancestor remains intact.
Return before erasure

Replay the three-stroke prefix. Pixel-identical to the canvas before erasure.
