Weight, support and native revision
The Floor Takes ItA clothed adult sits on the floor. One hand carries weight; the other has no task. The picture asks whether support can become its subject through the contact of palm, body and floor.The Floor Takes ItThe hand now accounts for all five digits. Support is more credible, and the floor is quieter. This revision continues the existing native canvas.What must remain?Three proposals, one native branch, one retention decision. The reduction changes the drawing substantially, but weakens the hand’s physical support. Sitting 02 remains the primary drawing.Keep the weight. Quiet the field.The dimensional hand survives. The floor and seated mass compete less for attention. This branch earns retention over sitting 02, with an observation pause rather than a claim of completion.Body. Brace. Floor.A diagonal arm now braces the seated body. The triangular interval beneath it participates in the image; the hand is one support point within a larger relation. Instruments, comparisons and early trials
